The BAS system design of the station front square is designed for 3 chiller units, 4 freezing/cooling/hot water pumps, 4 cooling towers, 22 air conditioning units of the HVAC system, 2 fresh air units, 74 air supply and exhaust fans, 26 collection Wells of the water supply and drainage system and 27 carbon dioxide sensors of the air environment of the underground space. 45 carbon monoxide sensors and other equipment for monitoring.

The BAS system in front of the station square is designed to monitor about 2000 points, and uses about 210 controllers and modules of MEK-i brand KXM-22P and KXM-IP0080. The system adopts DDC controller based on all-IP architecture, and the communication between the upper system and DDC is conducted through BacnetIP protocol. The system communication link based on TCP/IP network is more efficient and stable than the traditional 485 bus system, and the subsequent system maintenance and expansion are more convenient.
