The project mainly collects air conditioning units, cold source host and other data through building DDC controller and other equipment, and carries out real-time monitoring and management to achieve production energy saving control.

The air conditioning units, cold source host and other equipment in the factory are monitored by collecting data through the DDC controller. Meanwhile, the energy consumption data of the smart meter corresponding to the air conditioning units are collected into the system, and the water consumption, gas consumption and other data of the production line in the factory are collected synchronously. Use a third-party interface to integrate intelligent lighting system to monitor the lighting circuit on the production line, realize automatic control of the equipment according to the production requirements, and combine the data analysis of electricity, water and gas consumption to achieve energy saving control through automated strategies.
